How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard dates, and 2-3 months ahead for peak season (April-August) and holidays. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on fleet availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (IDR & USD), credit/debit cards, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure.
Can I customize my itinerary?
Absolutely. Every private cruise is fully customizable. You choose the duration, destinations, activities, dining preferences, and pace. Our team will design the perfect route based on your wishes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 12 months.
